Isaac, or Kiyo, is a 23 year old Biology student in the University of Santo Tomas. He's studious and a bit uptight when you first meet him, but will slowly open up to the right people. Isaac can typically be found in the UST Library or a cafe, either relaxing or studying. He also likes to drive around at night as the empty roads and chill night air brings him some semblance of peace.
